GLENN BJimmy, the owner, was awesome. Totally tried to make something out of nothing after getting screwed by South Lake Tahoe, California three times in a row and directed to his facility. He extended the rental, apologized over and over and he should be the face of U-Haul because his customer service and compassion is over the top. Unlike U-Haul who can’t even return a call back after lodging a complaint about a broken guaranteed reservation which should result in a $50 reimbursement. Totally irresponsible U-Haul!!!!!

ANNABETH EOverall experience was excellent. Trailer was ready to go at reserved time. I wasn’t sure how long I would need it for so I made a 2 day reservation. Got done quicker than expected and trailer was returned in less than 24 hours so I was only charged for 1 day rental. I appreciated the flexibility and fairness of the dealer. Will absolutely use them again when in need of a trailer.

This is a local family run business that will always be my first choice. One stop shop for your U-haul needs and it is also a gas station with very competitive prices on fuel to fill your tank back up when it’s time to return the rental.

GARY MThis Location is right in the heart of downtown. Very small place, and not overwhelming, especially for a first time renter like myself. Moving is a challenge in itself, and renting a truck and having to drive it felt like a dive off a cliff. But the operators made me feel at ease, provided great suggestions and upgrades I didn’t know I needed and I don’t know how I would have done without. I’m extremely grateful. Phone support prior to physical location was also very friendly. Booking the reservation was very easy as well. I would definitely go to this location again if I need U-Haul assistance and would recommend to anyone. I also like that I could talk to someone who could guide me through pick up and drop off, as opposed to 100% online experience that is also offered at some locations supposedly. I really appreciate live interaction. Companies must keep it going, it makes a dramatic difference. I would have probably abandoned the whole affair if no human support was available at the location. Thank you so much Pacific Mart for your assistance and thank you for being a part of this great community!
