Jimmy, the U-Haul attendant was rude and not at all friendly. He acted like we were a pain by showing up to drop off the auto-transport so we could unload our truck the next morning. How could we deploy the ramp if the car trailer was still attached? When we returned the truck the following afternoon at 2pm, he asked for the keys and that was it. The next day, I saw a charge to my credit card for $89.00 from Jimmy's location (Pacific Mart). Couldn't have been for fuel because we filled the tank at Jimmy's mother'overcharged. It's a Family Affair. I called U-Haul and was informed Jimmy charged us for sweeping out the inside box of the truck, refolding the blankets to HIS specifications, and an extra day for the truck. NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THIS! Waiting for the U-Haul honchos to provide a reasonable explanation for these overcharges.

I rented the u haul toy hauler trailer I towed to Oregon to Nevada and I was impressed ot towed great the ramps were super easy to use had adequate tie down points would rent again 👍
