Picked up vehicle; dirty inside and outside, and down a quart of oil in Nogales. Had to drive 76 miles out of our way to pickup Auto Transport and 15' Truck. Drove back home and found drity cargo area and one quart oil down. Called another closer U Haul center for a quart of oil and was told to call U Haul Service and they would come out to correct issue. Decided to purchase oil and install myself. Chevron 5W/30 ($10) - a U-Haul affiliate in Green Valley, AZ. All personel were kind and courteous to us.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkJimmy and his mom are wonderful. Timmy went above and beyond to get me started on a very busy Friday afternoon. There is nothing to improve. He clearly told me how to use the dropbox etc., etc.. Five star move because of Jimmy!
VALERIE DTo drop off this location is off very busy Highway 395 in a gas station 🥵. If you are dropping a trailer as well as box truck it is Very Difficult to get out of the Highway fast enough.
Jennifer GThis is the best U-Haul place I have ever worked with I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a moving truck.
