Incredible experience! Wonderful people, wonderful service, and well-maintained equipment. It always feels good to interact with people who value integrity and consideration, but my experience here was at the highest level of both. They're just great people and it shows. I actually needed to rent a truck on two separate occasions within one week and even the family member who came with me for the second rental was amazed. I only wish I lived closer to refer everyone I know

The customer service was excellent, he helped me from beginning to end, explaining what the charges to be expected and when I returned it, what they were. He filled the tank for me, which was nice and was very nice in all interactions. I definitely will use again if I need to and tell my friends about them. For where I live in the country, they were the closest (30 miles) and I am genuinely happy for that!

DOUGLAS RThe drop off location was very crowed with large moving vans and trailers. The lady at cash register was very uninterested in the drop off. She said to put the trailer way in the back, which was not possible. There was not way you could turn around so I was able to put in the area where the other trailers. Again the hitch was heavy and hard to get off. The self check in was good but the system appears to be geared to that only as there was no help from the drop off location.

GLENN BJimmy, the owner, was awesome. Totally tried to make something out of nothing after getting screwed by South Lake Tahoe, California three times in a row and directed to his facility. He extended the rental, apologized over and over and he should be the face of U-Haul because his customer service and compassion is over the top. Unlike U-Haul who can’t even return a call back after lodging a complaint about a broken guaranteed reservation which should result in a $50 reimbursement. Totally irresponsible U-Haul!!!!!

ANNABETH EOverall experience was excellent. Trailer was ready to go at reserved time. I wasn’t sure how long I would need it for so I made a 2 day reservation. Got done quicker than expected and trailer was returned in less than 24 hours so I was only charged for 1 day rental. I appreciated the flexibility and fairness of the dealer. Will absolutely use them again when in need of a trailer.
