ROGER AThe location did a great job. My experience was adequate at best due to corporate policies that wouldn't allow the location to supply basic customer service. I had a similar experience in April this year. When I have the means to spend more in my budget, I'll use Penske or some other rental company. If anyone is open to hearing my experience to make improvements, I'm open to offering honest, but constructive feedback respectfully. Jenny 714-493-1043
Jennifer HDiane was a joy to work with there in spite of all the stress that our family was dealing with that day. Her middle name is probably customer service and her smile throughout the check-out and check-in process made it all the much better for us. She was such a blessing to our family!

Ryan DGreat customer service by Diane. Van was clean and ready to go. It was easy to load from both the side and back doors. Recommend you fix the loose driver door seal that is coming unfastened from the plastic clips at the bottom. I tried but may need a special tool to remove and reinstall the clips before attaching to door frame. Thank you Karl Jensen

Seemed irritated when I asked questions to include me asking about the "Check Engine" light being on to which he responded "maybe if you read the description you'd know it's the O2 sensor" however the "Check Engine" light was also not even in the description of the vehicle.
Nathan TConvenient location was main factor. Employee was not flexible, at all. Total disregard for customer service by using U-Haul. I found this to be very frustrating and upsetting as I had better experiences years ago.

Dan M16 lbs of pressure on the passenger side when it needed 60 to 70. We paid to have it filled with air. Not an expensive problem but shouldn’t be our expense

CRYSTAL YWas a easy experience will rent from them again. I bought large items from Lowe’s down the street so very easy to get to. I felt my car was safe with the gated area which I was happy to see.
