SUSAN HI was told where the trailer was, handed a sticky note with the trailer number and told to hookup and bring it back by their office so they can photograph the hookup. I pull trailers all the time and know what to do so it wasn’t a big deal. But, I can see where it could be a problem for others.

Jim CBeing a frequent user of uhaul, every other place I have been has assisted in hooking up and making appropriate trailer connections. This place did not assist at all, and even had a truck in place making backing up to the trailer an issue. I do not recommend them at all

Thomas HVery dirty in the cargo area. Had to sweep and mop before I could use it. Food and beverage spilled all over the cargo are. I reserved an appliance dolly with furniture pads. Didn’t get either one of those either. Cab of truck was a little dirty, mainly the floor. Vehicle damage that wasn’t listed before getting the truck either. Very poor service. Trucks parked in empty lot next to business, had to go back and forth because of how the app makes you check in. About 75yards from truck to key box. Start at key box, out to find truck, go over truck. Back to key box, then back to truck.
DAVID BWas perfect size for things loaded. Clean and seats were surprisingly comfortable.
