I was told where the trailer was, handed a sticky note with the trailer number and told to hookup and bring it back by their office so they can photograph the hookup. I pull trailers all the time and know what to do so it wasn’t a big deal. But, I can see where it could be a problem for others.

Jim CBeing a frequent user of uhaul, every other place I have been has assisted in hooking up and making appropriate trailer connections. This place did not assist at all, and even had a truck in place making backing up to the trailer an issue. I do not recommend them at all
