Richard PPandora Farms is a local business & they are awesome!! However, a Uhaul dispatcher by the name of Nicole (not sure of spelling) Jackson change my equipment return time during the period I was renting it. She then called Pandora Farms & told them to tell me to return my equipment early. That is NOT customer service & because of that, I may never use Uhaul again!! Also that makes the local business look bad & they could lose customers as a result. I believe this needs to be addressed & a possible (at least partial) refund should be offered to me & an official apology to Pandora Farms from Uhaul & Ms. Jackson!!!

I had to return the car trailer and the moving truck at different times, and they were more than flexible in helping me get everything taken care of the same day without any issues. They made the whole process simple and stress-free — truly great people to work with. Highly recommend this U-Haul location for returns too!

Benjamin bI had to wait for repairs to be complete before I could take the equipment. The gentlemen stated he didn’t know I was coming. The place is not visible from the road. I went to the wrong building and those people directed me to the correct one. They need better signage.
