Pandora Farms is a local business & they are awesome!! However, a Uhaul dispatcher by the name of Nicole (not sure of spelling) Jackson change my equipment return time during the period I was renting it. She then called Pandora Farms & told them to tell me to return my equipment early. That is NOT customer service & because of that, I may never use Uhaul again!! Also that makes the local business look bad & they could lose customers as a result. I believe this needs to be addressed & a possible (at least partial) refund should be offered to me & an official apology to Pandora Farms from Uhaul & Ms. Jackson!!!
