When we returned the truck, we took it to the Airport Dropoff lot as scheduled. Got there and no one was there except some young kid that could not speak english. Called the 1-800 number and lady told me that this lot was full (which it was not) and to take it to Panther Towing instead. It was literally 5 miles away. Arrived at Panther Towing. It was way in the back of what looked like a storage unit area containing many shady looking garages. No signs, no directions. Had no idea where to take it. Finally saw a guy that waved me back. and pointed to where to park it. I was the only U-haul equipment there. Still wasn't sure, but guy said to get all my stuff out and he would take care of it. So I left it. On the way there, I literally passed a true U-Haul Center. That was only about a mile from us. Why did you send me to Panther???? Very disappointing.
