The 15 foot truck I rented was to be picked up at 1:30. I didn’t get out of there before 3:30. The person didn’t even know if it was gas or diesel. No one did a walk around d with me. Didn’t do anything. I wanted to drop it the next day around supper to e only to find out it wasn’t due back before 2 pm on the 31st. The wheel vibrated like crazy. It was so loud in the cab I couldn’t hear my phone ring. I OPENED THE DOOR WHEN I ARRIVED AND ALL THE MOVING BLANKETS WERE SOAKED! Boxes soaked. Bottoms of furniture soaked!!! I could believe e what I was seeing! So disappointed!!
