The check in took longer than actually using the truck. The man who checked the sin, were polite and helpful , but they have poor tools to work with.

rick prudenickGuy double charged me, wasted my time having to contact banks and other things. His own new employee told him not to do it, we were both telling the guy no not to hit the button.. SO THAT MESSED UP ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS DURING A MOVE. But, i had back up plans and got it done. Then he screwed up the dates. Great job. THEN, we try to turn the trailer in and spend half a day getting bounced around locations, because the woman that I called the night before about the damned dates being wrong took it upon herself to change my turn in location to a place that doesn't want trailers. Finally we find a place that will take it and they were rude as hell, wouldn't answer hot to get the app to work to avoid a "turn in fee". SO GUESS WHO GOT CHARGED more money for a bad time. But wait there is more.. Finally after all this we go to return the actual uhaul truck to the same place we took the trailer. Rude some more, wouldn't help with anything. App doesn't work and charged like 50 more bucks to RETURN YOUR STUPID TRUCK BECAUSE I COULDN'T get your shit app to work at all with any phones we tried. None of your phone people had the power to change anything, they all bounced me to new departments. Screw you guys.

I even contacted an agent to assist and all you guys act like no one can do anything it's always up to someone who isn't available at the time. I would strongly recommend a different company. I have used this location before a while back and there was a lady working and she was beyond helpful, as well as very kind.

Julia robinsonThe gentlemen at the front desk made us wait for a long time all we wanted was to be checkout he served all the Custmers behind us that were white & we were the first one in line and he attended us last. That was very rude to have us wait last and we didn’t want a receipt and he didn’t say anything after checking our Uhaul he just quickly served all the white folks behind us I won’t be coming there for service if this is the type of rude treatment I will get also the truck they gave us was dirty and in terrible Maintance condition it was leaking oil and the steering wheel was making loud noises as we were on the loud it would be loud and cranking … smh who know all the issues that Uhaul truck had putting people safety on the line

brian stolarikThe truck was clean but had maintenance problems. One of the headlights was burned out. Intermittently the truck would pull to the right while driving. The vacume sensor on the fuel cap was defective. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently.
