KARYN SThe man who helped me pick up the rental (I cannot remember his name but he has an awesome beard) was extremely kind!! He walked me through using a trailer and what to watch out for. He even helped me learn a bit about backing up with a trailer and took time out of his day to ensure that I’d have the best experience possible. He was a blessing as I had been anxious about this move all week, as I’d never driven with a trailer before. He’s helped me before and has been kind, but this was above and beyond!
