The facility was awful tho I understand the plan is to improve it. No employees wore masks with a myriad of reasons y. Nobody explained anything about the vehicle. I drive the whole time in tow mode. Awful experience.
The location was a little strange and the vehicle was a little bit dirty but the employees were excellent and friendly. They were very accommodating when I needed to bring the vehicle back a little late.
The app checkin and customer service experience was horrible. The location and owner are wonderful but I would recommend ONLY picking up/ dropping off during normal business hours due to the cumbersome and almost impossible online process.
Excellent customer service. Our movers did not show up causing a delay and the manager of this uhaul called to check on us and let us have a flexible return time. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Please make sure that the trucks are clean before other customers use them, the truck I took smelled very bad. The key was inserted in the ignition easily but wasn't turning. I have tried to turn it for about 20 minutes until it finally worked.

The pick up location was clean and the employee was fantastic, the drop off location was good and the employee fantastic. The overall U-haul experience was not good. I will think twice before I rent again

Hard to find. Sign says go across the street for office. It looks like a house so it's confusing. Person was personable but just said “give me the keys. I will email you the receipt. Would've liked a quick walk around.

I had to call in and extend our rental for one day. The staff moved some trucks and bookings around so I could keep the truck. Helped us through a tough situation!! We appreciate it.

I called every UHAUL in Morgantown and no trucks available. Then Joe to the rescue. He told me all they had was a cargo van available. We needed a much bigger truck. He didn't give up and dismiss me he said, "Let me see if I can find you one,"and he did. The customer service was great. The process went smoothly and fast. Thanks Joe!
