The pre hour check in process could be made easier. It was complicated to locate our truck in the lot because they had a large quantity of vehicles from college move in weekend.

The process, from start to finish, was excellent. Equipment rented was available, clean and they had a very organized process. The employee checking me in, on a very busy college move in weekend, was great as well.

MATTHEW HPickup and drop off was ok but the van cab was nasty and coffee was everywhere and the van only had 1400 miles on it .
