I paid for my rental up front then after returning the truck they charged my account more money so I dispute the charge so it was returned then they charged my account 3 times the cost and it’s been nothing but a hassle ever since

JOSE HI really want to give kudos to the young man who helped us. His name I think was Robert. In addition to him showing up where the shift worker before hand wasn't there, the systems were down and he had to manually assist us in getting our reserved truck out. He was patient, courteous and helpful, in a situation which could stress anyone. When we returned the truck, he even reached out about an item of value we accidentally left on the dash. He is really an asset to making things work and was a bright spot in a stressful day.

JASON CThe tires were not maintained causing a blown out tire. While UHAUL roadside was wonderful once I was able to get in contact with them, the location did not ANSWER THEIR PHONE even after I called them 5 times do to the UHAUL app not working properly, on top of this their voicemail box was full, after the third call I was being sent straight to "voicemail" where i couldn't leave a message to have someone call me back (calls were made on a Saturday during operatong hours). While I was able to get assistance the lack of communication from the location was frustrating.

JAMES RWas supposed to have a utility dolly, did not get one. Had people helping me move all my appliances and furniture on this day & it was a disaster! Also had trouble opening the lock to get my key out because of the freezing weater(I know it wasn’t this locations fault alone). It was picked up between 11 & 12, I believe, lot wasn’t plowed yet, but it was being done while I was there. Tried stopping the guy for help, he ignored me until I all but stepped in front of him to ask for help opening the lock, he said he didn’t have anything to help (I told him I just need help with the lever, it was hard to move, thought it was frozen). Had trouble getting on U-Haul sight. Spent an hour the night before trying to fix it so I wouldn’t have trouble the next day, well, I did. Had to call U-Haul for help again. This agent wasn’t able to help and didn’t know why. I managed to get on my reservation somehow to do the check in but got kicked out in the middle of it. Called U-Haul again to make sure it registered as me picking it up so I didn’t get stopped for a stolen vehicle. It did check me in. Got my receipt, charged me for the dolly & gas. Called the U-Haul location, refunded dolly but couldn’t do anything about gas because I agreed to it when I checked in. Nonetheless, I took pictures of it before I started and ended with more gas than what I began with and got charged for me. My experience was a nightmare, beginning with the night before!!!
Brooke GPickup and drop off was amazing, however the U-Haul trailer itself I was not happy with, a ramp would have been great but having a trailer without a tongue jack is unacceptable.

KADEN DIt was a difficult process getting the app to work. We were late, which apparently locked us out of our reservation. Called 800 number, Rusty, I believe, helped us get "moving".
CHARLES JVery friendly customer service, clean location, truck only had 1,000 miles on it, very pleased with driving it across country pulling a car, didn’t even k ow car was behind me, plenty of power, and overall was comfortable, would absolutely do it again.
MICHAEL PI booked an extended mile rental for over 500+ miles. When I showed up the first red flag was that the oil change light was on the dash. I immediately went back inside and told the gentleman at the counter who told me that it was OK because he “topped it off” The oil should have been maintained as it would flash frequently telling me 0% oil life remained. Additionally, there was no windshield wiper fluid in the vehicle and I had to purchase and install it myself. The back right tire would continually lose pressure. Maintain the vehicles or provide them another option/cancel. I could have booked at another U-Haul store.

GARY SWhen I reserved the truck, I had to fill out a lot of information. As inwas picking up the truck, all the same information had to be filled out again. Eliminating filling out information twice would be helpful. Pickup took way longer than it should have.
david sThe location was wonderful when I picked up this truck. But when I tried to rent a truck again the Uhaul app denied my request. I was helping a family member rent a truck to help him move because he did not have the funds to rent the truck. Because he had a mishap with Uhaul previously, he was not permitted to drive the truck. So we left it at that and rented from a different carrier to help the family member. A few months later, I tried to rent a truck for myself and Uhaul would not let me because they tied my name to the family member. I am not liable for the family members mishap. But Uhaul punished me for being related to this person and has banned me from renting. I called Enterprise and rented a vehicle that I needed to accomplish my move.
CHARLES TIt was an old truck and there was clearly something spilled over the dash that wasn't cleaned up properly. The truck also didn't have cruise control which made my 300+ mile trip very uncomfortable.

MICHEAL BThe wheel was horribly unaligned on a massive 26’ truck which made it terribly to drive. I still pushed through since I was told there is no other uhauls after already getting switched for one I reserved. I was told I would be getting a discount for uhual. Only 11 miles over noted mileage, gas was well over than when I received it and some how i have a $28 bill left over. Not the greatest experience.
JUSTIN BMy response is not a reflection of the personnel at that location; I arrived after hours, so there was no interaction with personnel this time. However, I had interacted with personnel from this branch in May and found them then to be most pleasant and helpful.

Also I paid for two days and was texted by this location telling me to bring it back early that they had someone else picking it up at a set time. Then tried telling me they’d give me a $10 discount if I brought it back early. I have used uhaul several times over the years but I will never return to uhaul. Pushy, dishonest, overall horrible experience.
