Upon recieving the truck, here was some kind of red dried food or vomit in the bqck which I had to clean before returning. No dolly was available. This wasn't the biggest problem, i provided my phone number as a reachable contwct as well as an emergency contqct number. Immediately within the hour and to this day 4 days later, I've been getting over 50 spam robo calls a day. The person who had their ID registered as the driver was over 67, and every single call was under the impression that the phone number velonged to someone that age. I've never recieved a call before hand and never used my number with thos person before. This is unacceptable. I can't even use my phone anymore. The calls are every 2-5 minutes!!!!

This drop off location was an auto repair shop which is why it wasn't "clean and inviting". However, I didn't expect it to be so nor did it need to be. The drop off was pleasantly quick and easy.

Pick up location was changed the night prior to pick up only to be sent to a location that didn’t open at the time of pick up along with the location not having the tow dolly or the utility dolly. Instead we got sent to my original pick up location to pick up both dolly’s ourselves. On top of that I was informed I’d get a 10% discount on the truck but never received it due to there not being a “noted” made for the discount. I have always used U-Haul, however I’m strongly considering never using you guys again for future moves.

Easy to pick up, the only problem is the equipment I rented was not in there, which was two dollies, and I still got charged

Very convenient everything was clean and well organized when I got the truck. Everything worked perfectly with no issues. Very easy pick up and drop off. Nice people to work with.

Your website could use some help. I rent every week but have to wait for approval every time, even after checking in online, which is super annoying. I have also been having trouble uploading checkout images. I'll go through the process, then all progress goes missing, and have to start over. I've gone through the whole process two times and gave up on each of my last two rentals. Otherwise, thanks for everything. This location always has inventory, the trucks are clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect for my needs.

The truck didn’t have the 2 dolly’s I requested and they only refunded me for 1. The truck was not cleaned and it ran very bad sounded and felt like it was going to break down. I was scared to drive it but didn’t have a choice because it was the biggest truck they had and I had to move.
