Easy to pick up, the only problem is the equipment I rented was not in there, which was two dollies, and I still got charged

Very convenient everything was clean and well organized when I got the truck. Everything worked perfectly with no issues. Very easy pick up and drop off. Nice people to work with.
Raymond VYour website could use some help. I rent every week but have to wait for approval every time, even after checking in online, which is super annoying. I have also been having trouble uploading checkout images. I'll go through the process, then all progress goes missing, and have to start over. I've gone through the whole process two times and gave up on each of my last two rentals. Otherwise, thanks for everything. This location always has inventory, the trucks are clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect for my needs.
