I placed a reservation for a truck a week and half early. It was held , the day before, I received a phone call saying that the truck was not available. The nearest store was 45 miles away. Had to downsize to stay nearby. Don't hold a truck and then a day before say they are not available.

I will absolutely rent from this place again. The person at the store was amazing. Kind, courteous, helpful. She was just excellent!!! Highly recommend your place!!

It was closed I had to check in from the U-Haul web site on my phone! U-Haul locations need to be open 7 days a week! The check in progress from the web site takes way too long! Photos etc... so make the location be open!! The customer doesn't want to deal with that check in process!!

Charged $20 after hours fee which was not on the estimate or told in person. Gas tank returned over 1/2, checked out via website, blankets folded. Yet was charged an extra $20

Im upset at the disconnect between actual Uhaul and the locations not communicating. The people working at this location are great and very friendly but the customer service people have made my mind up that I will never use Uhaul again. I paid so much extra when I was told another amount. I feel completely helpless and I’m just screwed and there’s nothing I can do. Both keeping telling me to call the other and talk to them so I guess I’m just out a bunch of money. Worst experience when I’m already in the middle of moving me and my kids. I might have a bald spot after dealing with Uhaul.

System was down when I arrived. I was told there’s nothing they could do and I would have to wait or come back to get a truck. I had movers arriving at a certain time. This caused me to be late and had to pay the movers an extra 150.00 for an additional hour.

We rented a 20’ truck and it leaked. My furniture got very wet. I told the drop off place and they suggested I start a claim with repwest. They denied the claim stating the trucks are not water proof only water resistant. Ridiculous!!. People on both ends were great. Product was terrible and U-Haul did not back up their faulty product. this has nothing to do with the rental pick up or drop We rented a 20’ truck and it leaked. My furniture got very wet. Changed my location of pick up with no notification to me that it was changed. Person at this location rude and very poor customer service. This was such a poor experience with uhaul that I may not use them again in the future

Do not charge an after hours fee,when the truck was not returned after hours. I rented the truck for 6 hours to be safe, returned 2 1/2 hours later, on a Saturday. Office closed at 1pm, it was 2:30 when truck was returned. Got charged extra as a after hours fee.

Laura is fantastic to work with! She handles things right and fixes problems fast. Just wish there was a way to make sure hand-trucks that are reserved in advance are there when truck is picked up. Should be a better process for that - had to go buy one.

Get better training for your employees. Parts of the reservation was not honored. The customer experience was extremely despondent and unhelpful. No desire to service the customer and excessive attitude when asked questions about the vehicle. I will NEVER use U-Haul again for any future moves

I check in my truck on time. My husband was just getting out of the truck without saying anything to either one of us just took the keys and got in the uhal. I went inside freaking out because I didn't know what was happening. The lady inside didn't know what to think either. Then she has able to tell to me that the lady worked there and it was ok. I asked of either was good and this was at 10:50 am. I got an email later stating that I had turned the truck in late when I was on time. The lady at the other place stated that I should be there at 11:00 am and by what she said I was there 10 mins early. I am usually an early person one anyone. When I call uhal they said that it didn't get turned in until 11:34. I know that is not the truth. Not happy with how anything was ran first time using uhal and I will not ever use them again that is for sure!!!

This location only had 1 employee working when I arrived….I had to do all the work regarding the initial pickup & hook up, only to learn that the trailer had a flat tire….Then I was told to put the trailer back by myself & switch to a different unit (That’s right - all by myself)…The young lady wasn’t nice nor was she helpful in any way

There were two women sitting inside the location. Did not offer help or assistance. Literally pointed us to the direction to drop off the equipment after we went back inside to ask where they wanted it. Never even left their chairs.

I really can't answer most of these questions. They were closed when we dropped off. I can say that your app needs some work. The information to unhitch the trailer was great. However, I had a terrible time getting the pictures to save. I had to take at each picture 6-10 times before it would let me move to the next one. Not really the fault of this location,but don't know where else to share this info.

Nobody was at the location to accept pick up. So I left the keys in the Drop box. They charged Me 20$ for “after hours” drop off. I dropped off at 2pm. Literally rented the truck for 3 hours.

Location was NOT the location agreed to upon equipment rental. Fortunately, this site worked out. Owner remained onsite, even though we arrived shortly after posted closing hours, to ensure we parked equipment in the correct location.

Easier way to turn in the keys. Low bars for cellphone, even on major carrier network. Had to wait forever for pages to load. Also a quick rundown of the door latches and ramp would have been helpful. We had trouble getting the ramp to latch back after use.

I went to drop off the trailer on July 4th expecting no one to be there, but they were! Helped direct me to the appropriate lot to park and leave the trailer. And the cutest young lady with Awesome Spiderman sox came and got my number so she could process my return! Thank You U Haul! Great experience!!

The lady in Kyle, TX at the U-Haul was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in a transport. I want to give a big thank you to her for all she did. Thank you!! Also the lady assisting me (U-Haul) in the locating a transport 50 miles diameter from Austin, TX was awesome also. Thank you all.

The check-in service on the app was HORRIBLE. Tried multiple times. The location closed at 1pm so no personnel was available. Also, we rented some equipment & the only way to secure was to put the equipment (including appliance dolly & 2 furniture dollies) in the cab of the vehicle. The appliance dolly was VERY heavy & we should NOT have been directed to this location to return when there is equipment involved to return.

They were pleasant to talk to and helpful. When I called and said that I will have the storage unit cleared out and cleaned, cause my brother died, they understood and told how sorry she was to hear the news and that she will miss talking to him every month when he called to make the payment.

Staff went above and beyond to assist me feel comfortable leaving my camper parked there. One time, because I am a novice and backed my little camper in crooked, they straightened it up without mentioning it to me. I appreciated all their help. Another time they assisted me by making sure my camper hitch was properly done so I would have no trouble going down the road. And this was the woman behind the counter! Good people! I am a 65 year old woman so perhaps they wanted to make sure everything was okay for me. They offered me an easier space to park in on the end of the row when it became available.

Do not put your stuff here unless you want it to be deficated on by rats the size of Texas. My stuff was in this building for less than a month and hundreds of dollars worth of items were ruined by a massive rat that got in. Worst customer service ever. Not easy to pay bill. They don’t send out an invoice, and they have no emergency line for issues after normal business hours. We were trapped in the storage fence for over an hour and no one would pick up the phone. I finally got ahold of the owner by asking the lady behind the counter at the gas station and was told “you have to wait till Monday” I tried to talk to the man personally on the phone but he refused to listen to me. I drove 8 hours to clean out the unit on a Saturday and they had absolutely no one to contact when they are closed. I’m a single mom going through a divorce and this storage unit really inconvenienced me and cost me more than it should have.

I stored my RV here for over a year and a half. The only issue I had was a rat infestation that ruined two of my walls. Other than this , which my RV was parked in the very back, I had no issues at all with the location, easy access and hours of operation. Whenever I do need to restore my RV I'm definitely checking with Park Place first.

We moved due to the fact that every time we to pick up our RV we had an ant infestation. I put down ant grandules around the landing gear and tires but with weather and wind didn’t last and we ended up getting more ants. This past weekend when we got to our camping spot we doing thousands of ants. Several areas where they made nests. Etc. Our spot was next to a spot where a dog poop company had a dumpster so the ants had food and only needed a place to stay warm and out of the rain. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Well located and convenient, this storage facility has made it easy for us to access our storage unit over the past few years. I like that it is secure and they keep an eye on things there, this has made me feel safe when accessing our storage unit when I was alone. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for storage.

Lots of rodents in the place , insurance was not encouraged or notified of pest in order to purchase one, my furniture was affected badly by these. I left because of this and they still charged my card for it. On top of that because they don’t work on Sunday they broke my lock on Saturday when I told them I will go in the weekend, well I did go Sunday night and found they have locked me out of the facility. Very bad place.
