Mileage was supposed to have been already included in the reservation and they still charged me for it.

tim pQuit all the add on (upsell) pages of web site junk that you have to click through and complete the reservation. It's annoying and insulting.
Doug CIt wasn't until later that I discovered that the gas tank level on the documentation was wrong. The paper stated that there was "a little more than three quarters of a tank." It was actually a little more than half a tank when I picked it up. The difference was about 10 gallons or $40. The document for the truck also stated that the vehicle had a 40 gallon tank. That was wrong too. Before I dropped off the vehicle in Pahrump Nevada, I put 30 gallons of gas into a vehicle with an empty tank (digital read-out stated that I could go 30 more miles before it was empty). During my drive to the drop-off point, I checked the gas level and it was FULL! I got hosed on both ends of the trip. I'm not happy with U-Haul at all.
