The tow dolly was filthy, covered in mud. The ratchets for the straps didn’t work very well or the lock pins to hold the ramp in place. Everything needs to be greased. It wasn’t a very good experience. One of the brackets that hold the chain to the trailer was completely bent and unusable. I should be refunded my money.
