The 20' rental truck was quite old and had $173k miles on it when I drove it off the lot. Although I didn't know it at the time it was leaking differential fluid all over my driveway as I loaded it. The truck made the 3 hour trip to my destination but the differential broke on my way back about 1.5 hours from my house. It was 7pm and the U-haul representative sent a mechanic even though I suggested a haul due to the grinding metal sound I hear. I waited 90 minutes for the mechanic to show up to make the call that nothing could be done on site. I then waited 40 additional minutes for U-Haul to try and locate a tow truck. They finally found one 90 minutes out. I sat on the side of the road at night as cars whipped by at 70 mph in the night for 4 hours. Very unpleasant experience.

Jason SLady at the desk was very helpful and polite. My husband left his glasses and she made sure to leave me a voicemail letting me know he had in fact left them behind. I would recommend this u-haul location to family and friends.
MELISSA ASince I couldn’t even figure out where the hell the place was, I went to the back where I saw all the trucks and backed up the trailer in position and unloaded myself Once I was done, so some lady came out with Asian distinctions and told me to move it to the other side where the trailers are at I told her I already unloaded and she arrogantly said “why can’t you just it put back up” in a very condescending manner I proceeded to load it back up myself again to the hitch After doing so she was just observing me and I proceeded to go to the other side where she did not meet me at all or help me back up in the ridiculously tight single spot that they had left Her attitude alone was simply disrespectful.
