The whole process was horrible. First the original location I selected at the last minute said that the truck had a flat tire and I was not able to pick it up so I went over to the Ridgefield dealer picked up a truck went to the pick up location and shut it down and it would not start again all day long we dealt with this when I dealt with your customer service. There was no help that would really help a customer out very dissatisfied with the U-Haul process. Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve used U-Haul many times this is not this dealers fault. This is a systemic problem that U-Haul has. I should be refunded a portion of what I paid for a good service because I did not receive it.
