It’s not so much this location that’s the problem. But my overall experience was not good primarily due to the website booking. I went specifically to this location because the site said they had everything I needed. When I got there they didn’t have the dolly I reserved so I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to another location to get one. It was very inconvenient for who was already on a tight timeline.

The trailer was imbalanced in the axle. We had to travel at 40mph the entire way from Knoxville to Pittsburgh because the axles were shaking so violently and the wheels were bouncing up and down uncontrollably.
John MOnly thing is to verify what brake adapter, if any needed, for your specific vehicle. I had to buy an extra 4 pin adapter that was compatible with my 2019 infinity QX80.
