Although the owner was nice enough this was not a good start. No one was there when I arrived. The property gate was locked. I waited around for 30 minutes when the owner happened by and let me in. He said no one contacted them about me picking up the trailer. He said he didn't know how to use the computer. I showed him my reservation slip with contract number. He then did a photo copy of my license. On inspection of the trailer (the only piece of UHaul equipment on the property) the right side taillights did not work. I told him I would take it to the Augusta U Haul Center and have the look at it and repair it. He hooked up the trailer and I left for Augusta.

We were scheduled to drop off In Farmington. No ine informed us the the Farmington U Haul location wasn't accepting drop-offs. An extra 60 miles and an hours extra driving not appreciated.
