The gas cap was off, the driver’s side windshield wiper was broken, the windshield washer fluid froze going through the mountains. The truck had moving blankets and a dolly that needed to be removed before I could leave. These small items make a person wonder how prepared was this vehicle.
Clayton LI'm still battling to have the extra charges removed from my card that you applied for extra mileage, when the extra mileage is due to returning to a location that you requested I return it to instead of the original location.

Natashya KMentioned that the windshield wipers were horrible while in the mountains and snow, just smeared and was almost impossible to see especially when large trucks were ahead or passing. Seemed to work fine on the west coast…temperature related to the rubber flexibility?? Hopefully another type of blade is chosen for the future.
Deonaidd OService your trucks. Engine made a very concerning noise and towing light was on Truck was so very dirty. Even leftover food in cabin.
Shannon MPlease read my notes of inconvenience and experience on this booking. After August 18th everything went in many directions and caused great frustration. Also, stop sending people to 22358 Lougheed Hwy. It is a Pizza place. My discrepancies were finally resolved by Alton/Field Manager after having to involve him.

Audrey CWhen we returned the vehicle, we were told to put the keys in the drop box and and that’s all we needed to do. However, no one from the uhaul depot checked it in. Uhaul called us 3 times over the next 24 hrs and we told each rep that we had returned the vehicle. None of the reps checked it in. We tried calling the uhaul return depot but no one returned our calls. finally we had to drive 35 km to the return location to personally demand that they check the vehicle in and provide us with a receipt.
Paul MRandom location with little signage to indicate where to go once we arrived. The fellow we dealt with was good & friendly enough, however the work environment was dirty and disorganized
JOHN WExcellent service from staff at this location. Site was not open yet, but he was on site and directed us through the process. When I showed him our invoice and explained about the moving blanket situation he said not to worry we wouldn't be held responsible for them.

Roberta SUhaul Changed location of pickup the day before. I Wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time (9:00am) had to wait until 10am instead. I feel that making a reservation with Uhaul is highly unreliable for time sensitive moves if location and pickup time matter. I would think twice before booking with this company again.

William SI was overcharged by $50. Uhaul claims that I put many more KM on the vehicle than I did. This is absolute FRAUD! Luckily I took a photo of the odometer when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. Are you going to apologize and reimburse me or should I report this to the authorities?
Jason SI was dropping off after hours and it was hard to find where to drop off the truck and keys. This site could use better signage for after hours so customers can easily find what they need.

Bob WThere was some confusion initially attributable to this being a new location with inexperienced staff and the fact that I went to pick up the vehicle earlier than indicated on the online booking. It was all sorted out competently by the manager.
