It was very unclear where to go - I tried to call the location to see if it could be picked up earlier and no one answered the phone. I went early and saw why - the staff is focussed on the recycling aspects of the business and there is no one in the office. Once figured out - things were fine, but if i cannot contact a location, nor easily figure out where to go or who to talk to, its not great.

Susan JThis was a drop off scenario, it was not pertinently clear on pickup where this location was. It was closed on the Monday so had no interaction with the staff, however the drop off seemed to go as was predicted.
