Windshield wipers need replaced. Totally unsafe. We stopped every hour to wash windshield at gas stations in order to see.Dave C.
Checked in online prior to arrival and still waited 45 mins to pick up the truck. The employee had barely any knowledge of how to operate a laptop or help us get out truck reservation. Location also had no dollies or furniture pads, which was included in our reservation.Brittany O.

Have a full time employee working only on Uhaul rentals. Carry an inventory of moving supplies (boxes, bubble wrap), At least use a hose to rinse of the truck. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the truck cabin. Have a printer on sight to print out rental agreement.Steven L.
Terrible customer service. The agent at parkway laundry falsified the gas that was in the truck and was incompetent on how to change transactions from credit to cash and now Im stuck with over draft fees and charged for gas that wasn't even in the truck when I picked it up. I will never use or recommend that location everMakaila C.

The trucks are parked in a place where they are frequently blocked in by people from the mechanic shop. Owners are not always there to move them so we can access the trucks or the parking spots we should return them to. I also believe that Uhaul did not have the most accurate mileage from the previous use of the truck I rented. I didn't verify the gas level or mileage before I started driving but I only went to 3 places with the truck that did not exceed 30 miles but I was billed for 50. If I were required to send a picture of the mileage and gas gauge before driving the truck, this could have been prevented. I believe the truck was used again after it was previously checked back in. It is partly my fault but only by being so trusting. I will be using Uhaul again in the future but will be more careful and less trusting. I should not be billed for the extra 20 miles. The gas gauge said I needed 3 more gallons of gas to have it back to the mark it was supposedly at before I drove it. I was billed 2x the cost of fuel for those 3 gallons. Gas is only $1.70 per gallon and I was billed $10.50 for 3 gallons which equals about $3.50 per gallon. I was never sent a copy of my rental contract. I only received the terms and conditions and this survey. I had so many problems just getting the truck. It took me more than an hour to get the code to unlock the back end to get the key. I truly believe that the truck was used again between the last renter and myself so I should not have to pay for them 20 miles and the gas that it took out. I am requesting a credit for the $10.50 gas plus the $15.80 miles. It would also be nice to speak with someone of authority to do so.Micolleen C.

I had to go to a separate location to pick-up dolly. So technically my order was not ready at pick-up time. Then I was charged for the additional mileage traveling to the second u-haul store to pick up dolly, after customer service told me I would not be charged and they notated my account.Rhea V.
My experience at the parkway location was awful. It took over 1&1/2 just to check in, which i had already done online so that the process would be faster. Their computers were down & would not accept any of my cards. I will never go that uhaul location again. That was just terrible.Marvilyn S.

the guy , who did the paperwork was very unprofessional he was slow, he certainly acted like he was not in any hurry I experienced the same thing while returning the truck I simply mentioned to him I had to get to work his response was you return the truck late yes I did return it late unexpected problems moving the furniture in a new building with very small elevators I work around customer service people at work all the time this guy needs a serious attitude check when you dealing with the public and they are spending their moneyanthony M.

TERRIBLE location. Located in a very bad part of Omaha. There was no clear area to park the uhaul. When we called again on where to park the entrance was blocked by another company. It was not easy to drop off and I did not feel safe doing so. The staff was unhelpful and would not print me a receipt saying I dropped off the truck & trailer. I was told to drop off both at the same location even though the trailer was listed as somewhere else. I was not happy with this experience.Sarah E.

Rental truck reeked of marijuana the second I unlocked the door to get in it. I also had my 6 year old daughter with me this was absolutely unacceptable!! I was already on the line for renting the truck and needed to move my stuff by 5pm so I had no choice but to use the truck. I returned the truck at 5:30pmANITA L.
They claim the trucks are parked at the laundromat when they are not. They are down the street from the laundromat parked on a lawn next to someone's house and a mechanic shop. Not a lot of lights by them to be able to check for damage either.Marvale K.
The people running this location were absolutely fantastic. The truck cab was dirty and smelled of stale cigarettes. I felt dirty after driving.Rodney R.
