The trucks were parked in a field, they had roaches and ants all over in the back of the vehicles. You had to wade through knee deep grass to get to the trucks. The truck I was assigned was parked so close to the other vehicle, I had to enter through the passenger side door. It’s a remote location, meaning there isn’t anyone there to assist you. Pickup and checkout took over 30minutes each to upload photos and be able to gain access or to drop off the vehicle. The app was so incredibly slow
