Language barrier difficulties..I called location the day I was to return vehicle due to needing extra time I got no answer or response. I returned vehicle following day and explained to vendor and was told they would take care of any issue. I was charged what looked like 3x the fee. This was my 1st negative with U-Haul in years of using service.
