Language barrier difficulties..I called location the day I was to return vehicle due to needing extra time I got no answer or response. I returned vehicle following day and explained to vendor and was told they would take care of any issue. I was charged what looked like 3x the fee. This was my 1st negative with U-Haul in years of using service.

Zhen Ci reserved a truck for rancho and they made me go to chino the lady told me it was 7 miles it was actually 14 miles when i should of had to only go one mile.
