I won't use this location again. There were dents and scratches all over the exterior of the U-Haul. I went back inside to tell the guy I did not want to be charged for them. He told me to just go to the website. The website was NOT helpful. Pictures of this U-Haul were blurry. We were charged more than agreed upon. The steering was very sloppy, loosey goosey.VICTOR GORDON M.
On the self-check-in mobile app, please add a section to indicate to the renter to investigate the back of the truck for cleaniness (including taking a photo) upon picking up the rental. The truck I rented was still filled with items and was not swept out, and I was not instructed to look there.Charles B.
I got extra fees that I was unaware of, the truck was filthy with animal hair, fort and mud. We I went back to the location they were very rude and not helpful. I was told to contact UHAUL and when I called 2 times yesterday I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I am unpleased with the service I received all around from UHAUL and will not recommend it to anyone.JULIE ANN L.
Steering was loose and caused it to drift in the lane while driving. The inside of the cab was dirty from the previous user. Stuff was left in the cargo area from the previous user that took up space for our move. The truck should of been cleaned and ready to go instead the condition it was left in.RONALD J S.

Firstly the people at this location didnt even took the fuel gauge and mile out ratings properly and have overcharged me heavily and that too over I overfilled that fuel in the truck than what was given to me. This is seriously very bad service, wasn't expecting such bad service from U-haul people.Abhishek-Shivraj B.

The gas gauge was much lower than mentioned on the contact so I had to spend $20 to fill it at the requested fill Mark. The mileage was much higher as well. There is no way I drove over 40 miles! These are easy things to check before hand but someone was too lazy to do so or trying to get more money out of me.Jesus V.

The only downside was the amount of "paperwork" on site. I intended to pick up the vehicle within about 10 minutes. With all of the stuff to enter it took about 20. Normally, that would not have been an issue but the appointment for pick up that I scheduled was extremely tight. Some of the stuff could be filled out prior to pick up. I would recommend a non-refundable 19.99 or more charge for any rental ensuring the renter actually picks it up. Obviously, I don't know the legal ramifications. Everything else was great.Michael H.

the only glitch I ran into was when I had to take a picture of my license in my phone said that I didn't have enough memory. Fortunately I had my husband's phone too so I used his. But in check out if a person has low memory in their phone and end up paying the extra $20 so maybe there could be alternatives 4 these types of glitches.Maureen K.
