Easy, no hassle returning truck, will add that the location was the most convenient for me. Agent was very thorough and very pleasant. Nice way to close a move. will use U-Haul when moving to Arizona..... Hopefully!
Charlie PThe uhaul was broken, engine light on, the visor was broken and swung around the entire time and the seatbelt light was on and dinging even with seatbelts on. Was charged 102 dollars because i selected drop off at another location near me it let me book that then was told i had to drive it ask the way back resulting in more gas and miles used. Had to fill it up with 25 dollars on top of the 102.

Chris JThe Pasadena location was great. I usually go to 2115 West Street in Annapolis which is where I originally made my reservation. I chose the Truck mobile option because I needed the truck before the location was going to be open. When I got there the Annapolis location did not have equipment assigned to me for the mobile pick up experience so I had to call customer service to find another truck at another location. I lost time and money traveling to Pasadena. I’m thankful they had a truck ready to go for me.
Nik JThe location was fine (a little difficult to maneuver around in) but located in a fairly central area. The truck was easy to drive but needs some servicing, the gear shifter felt loose and flimsy. Brakes were ok. Checking out the truck and returning the truck was easy and straightforward.

Christopher CI would not recommend the virtual pickup with the mobile phone. I had issues with it finding my location and uploading images. The process was not easy or quick. The worker on site switched me to pick up in person and I was on my way soon after that.
Vincent AI interacted with the owner who was more than friendly and got me back on my way quickly. He sent me a reciept and made sure I got it before I left. Highly recommend
