The check in clerk was courteous and friendly, but made me do all the parking, having me reposition multiple times. As a customer, I want to drive up, tell you mileage and fuel, and leave…stop making me do you logistics. Further, this was not the drop off location I reserved. Stop making your customers do you logistics.

This location was at an extended hotel. The initial person who assisted us did not speak English well. And the second person was not familiar with the equipment. It took longer than necessary to complete the return process.
RODERICK BI recently visited the U-Haul authorized dealer located at the Extended Stay Hotel, and unfortunately my experience was not good. Communication was very difficult, and it made the whole process stressful. The staff member I interacted with seemed unprepared and unprofessional, which caused confusion and delays. I recommend choosing a different U-Haul location if you want clearer communication and a smoother rental experience.
