I ordered a hand truck, dolly, and two dozen pads. None of them were available when I arrived and I was told nothing could be done to help resolve the issue. When I arrived, I was told the 26’ Ft truck I reserved was not available and I would not be able to get a truck. This was after U-Haul called me the day before to switch my reservation to this location because they said my initial location didn’t have the truck and this location was guaranteed to have it. I was about to be turned away and one of the associates finally went outside to check the trucks and found that the truck size I needed was actually available. However, it was not showing in the computer’s inventory. I was finally able to get the truck after being there for an extended amount of time but left without any of the equipment I ordered.

Was moved to this location after my initial choice was unavailable, the person at the store hung up on me when I called, barely spoke English and had to FaceTime his mom because he didn’t know how to process my orderl.

Make sure the truck has gas and make sure the tires are up to standard for a long drive as part of the review with the customer.

Guy gave me messed up equipment. He knew stuff was wrong with it. He rushed me the whole time. He couldn’t even do his job right I had to say something about it. 2/10 horrible location/ employee worst spot to try and get out of

there were just two trucks and the one I rented had a gash on the tire which sombody tried to fix with what looked like crazy glue. Very old truck as well. The person at the location was lovely but I am not sure why such shabby vehicles are allowed in the fleet.

Location was clean. Agent provided fast and friendly customer service. Agent checked in equipment within minutes and I was on my way within 10 minutes.
