Office was locked, finally a guy came out of another building, don't know if he worked there, lived there, or both. I contacted U-Haul, and while speaking to them the guy had called a lady to handle the drop off and handed me his phone to speak to her. She could not find my rental info after giving her the confirmation number. After approximately 20 minutes or so the issues were resolved. The U-Haul rep was very helpful, the other lady at the dropoff not so much. Felt very uncomfortable leaving the vehicle without any kind of inspection and to make sure blankets and dolly were also returned. There were no other U-Haul vehicles at all at this location, just a used car lot.

The truck was returned with the gas level the same as when I picked it up, however the attendant took a picture as the truck was being started, and from a bad angle. They charged me an additional 24$.
Stacey NI ordered a hand truck, dolly, and two dozen pads. None of them were available when I arrived and I was told nothing could be done to help resolve the issue. When I arrived, I was told the 26’ Ft truck I reserved was not available and I would not be able to get a truck. This was after U-Haul called me the day before to switch my reservation to this location because they said my initial location didn’t have the truck and this location was guaranteed to have it. I was about to be turned away and one of the associates finally went outside to check the trucks and found that the truck size I needed was actually available. However, it was not showing in the computer’s inventory. I was finally able to get the truck after being there for an extended amount of time but left without any of the equipment I ordered.
