Katherine H | Overall ExperienceTruck smelled of pot. We had to pull truck up to get pictures. We had to walk in middle of street to do this and pull truck up because it was right next to another one. This all delayed pickup at least 30 minutes. There was also glass in parking lot.

Kristina WI placed my reservation online. When I arrived they did not have a dolly or blankets. The cost of the truck was more as the lady redid my recervation on her phone and added insuranse that was not needed and increased the price of the truck without disclosing it to me. The seatbelt on the passenger side was not attached to the truck anymore.
DAVID EProcess, truck, people were great. However, the two furniture dollies I reserved and paid for were not provided which cost me an hour (to buy replacements) of a very busy day.
James HThis is not directed towards the location. Kathy was amazing and so helpful. To U-Haul: Get rid of virtual online registration and checkin. I don’t enjoy using the app at all. It is unreliable and delays the pick up and drop off process. I never feel confident about my registration with U-Haul. Always a waiting game and feel s like a credit check. I don’t enjoy U-Haul but nit aware of other companies that I can use.
