jimmy tPick up location excellent. However, unable to deliver car trailer to any location in Maple Ridge. Was even told to try Port Moody, with no luck and they transferred me to Manitoba!!!! The only help I received was from Darcy at U Haul Pitt Meadows. Had it not been for Darcy I would have had a car trailer attached to 20’ van forever!! Maple Ridge U Haul, all three locations were unable to accept a car trailer. They were absolutely zero help! Hats off to Darcy in Pitt Meadows. He saved the day and should receive excellent recognition!

Terry IThe vehicle was dirty inside, i had to clean and disinfect myself and gas was given to me at an 8thof a tank. I ended up wasting money with returning with extra gas as i had no way of knowing how much to put in. I lost about $50 in extra gas because it was not filled up when i got it. Woud have been easier if the vendor filled it up. So now the next renter gets free gas on my dime. Who is going to reimburse me?

roland hEquipment required maintenance. Door was almost impossible to open. Had to struggle to open it. Could not use straps to secure the cargo because half of them were broken. Did not make me feel confident that the trailer could make the trip - the trailer was faded, old, needed retiring.
Robert DPerson in charge was very rude. The truck had the air vent and sun visor holder falling out.

Blaine WThe location is also a brake and wheel shop. The staff were busy, but helpful-you cannot expect the combination of these two businesses to have a clean and inviting office. The yard however, was well organized.

ROBERT Msmooth and simple to drop off. he did not know i was coming there and he had several trailers that i wanted rent earlier and was told they didnt have any. the location was fine; the booking was difficult: three location changes out of town and yet there were trailers in town. i recieved at least 12 texts for this rental and the links did not always work and many were repetative. the emails and the booking process was quite dis-connected. your software and communincation process is not customer freindly.
