Quick, friendly and professional.

I was told to drop the truck off at a different location. On Carmi Ave Penticton.

Nothing. The service was fast and efficient! I even left my credit card behind and the man at the front counter mailed it to me the following day. Can’t beat customer service like that.

Rented Van on line with credit card... Got to location and was not able to obtain van with cash deposit... Had to use larger 15' cube van as cash deposit was. Allowed on this vehicle. I have used uhaul for many moves for family and frinds and have akways secured with cash deposit. Next time I will think twice about using uhaul as it was very difficult ro move items from one place to another due to overhead clearance. I had to take everything a greater distance to accommodate the move.

Awesome service

Another employee would help expedite the process.

Service was poor.

A couple issues. The trailer was dirty and the tires were low on pressure (55psi). Other than that everything on the trailer worked; lights, ramp etc.

Properly fix the problem before sending customer out the washer fluid hose kept falling off

The van ran well. It would have been a bonus if it was cleaned inside and out.

Very helpful.

Personal help at office to check in vehicle would be more appreciated. Using phone to drop off vehicle is a good idea and it worked well, however it took much longer due to the unfamiliar procedure.

Have a snow brush available in the trucks

I've dropped a number of units off at this location over the past year and found the front counter service is abrupt and on one occasion it was quite short and unhelpful; like I was an inconvenience. Not to fond of this location. Will use other if one exists in Penticton.

No hurry to help me at all. Filthy office and front end. Cluttered parking lot. Unfriendly staff.

Washer fluid tank was empty when first used. Suggest you check beforehand.

Asked the guy at the location over the phone that I was interested in booking a 15' truck. He said he didn't have any 15' but that I could rent a 17', for which I agreed. When I come to pick it up, he pulls a 15' instead of a 17' so I said, "I thought you were giving me a 17'". He replied, you want a 17"? I'll give you a 17' (I had already liked the idea of the 17' to make sure I could fit everything). My surprise was, the truck didn't even have enough gas for one way (20 KM) and I was charged for a 20' truck instead of a 17' after I returned it. (I dropped the key the night before so there wasn't a way to fix this). I even returned it with more gas that it originally came with. When I finally had the time to go and talk to the guy, he said there wasn't nothing he could do. How did I know it was a 17' and not a 20', he asked, if I had measured it, etc... This is not the first time a rent a truck to know the size, they have a writing which indicates the size, and not only that, I had rented a 20' before when we moved from Manitoba so I know the difference. He was rude from beginning to end, and it wasn't the first time. Didn't get a refund, neither a good experience.

Very helpful young man assisted us when we dropped the unit off.

I have rented several vehicles through your company over the years and was shocked to enter the business you have chosen to represent your company. The garage front desk area was one of the filthiest places I have ever been in and the person running the office was very unpleasant through the entire process. This does not reflect well on your company. I will continue to rent from your company but will never go back to this location. I would suggest you visit the actual locations you rent your vehicles out of in order to make sure they are as professionally managed and maintained as your other ones. This location should have your services pulled from them. Very poor representation.
