I drove only 21 miles and was charged a lot more than the Santee location which i drove way past 50 miles.

Ana PI have never rented a u-Haul truck for $19.95 and also had to pay mileage. That made this a very expensive move. I don’t think I’ll use u-haul again when you have to pay for the truck and then you have to also pay for mileage.

NESTOR MThe dealer did. It have any after hour drop off for the keys. I dropped the vehicle off at 3:50pm Saturday they did not communicate what time the would be open the next day. And their website indicated they were closed I tried to call twice unable to leave a message and I callled another location to bout notes. The owner then tried to charge me for 2 additional days when one they were closed Sunday and when I got to the location at 12 pm Monday he tried to over charge very displeased

Ended up with a great vehicle but was concerned they were doing a bait and switch. Ended up with a great vehicle. Checkin was quick and easy.

Once in the rental it did not have any of the equipment requested and had to wait until facility opened, 2 hours later. The movers, purchased through U-Haul, we’re 3 hours late. Combined, caused me to be very behind schedule, resulting in being charged an extra day rental.

I picked up my truck from the Lemon Grove location. That is an excellent location. Plenty of space, professional people, well organized, lots of inventory, clean. The opposite of the Chula vista one.
