The truck was pretty beat up. I was concerned I’d get charged. But I did not. I would not want to drive that truck across the country. But it was alright for across town.

I know they just started doing the u-haul thing but they really need more training on how to do pick-ups and drop-offs. I checked in and checked out using the app but they still held me there to attempt their own check-ins and check-outs before they gave me and took back the keys.
