The truck leaked water all over our stuff. The location was confusing with vague directions for a first time user. We couldn't get the website to send us a code for the lock box. Eventually we found a phone number for assistance, took 45 min. And ..it would only allow us to drop off the truck at a location 6 hours away! We had to call for assistance overriding that prompt as well!
