Designate the return location on the original contract. The U-Haul computer system was down on the date of return and it was challenging to find a dealer that would accept the equipment. I was eventually able to locate a dealer that would accept the return but it took a good bit of time and effort to find this location.Michael S.

Hello, I would be embarrassed if I told people I worked for Uhaul based on how your organization is ran. I completed a reservation online and the next day when I came to pickup my order, your system was down widespread in the region. I contacted your corporate office and was put on hold for extended period of time. You're commitment to service must just be lip service. I was later connected to your traffic department, and was fronted with flack from a supervisor named Kim. Terrible terrible customer support/ service. I asked for an offline dispatch of my order and your team was giving me the oh we are offline and cannnot perform any dispatch functions. This is a terrible way to conduct business. I was late for my appointment; I almost wasn't able to conduct my business, but thankfully I got support from the staff at 3750 w 72nd Avenue Westminster, Co. I will not be using uhaul again based on your deplorable customer care.Harold N.

One of the employees ignored me when I returned the trailer. As he walked passed I called to him, he turned his head toward me and kept walking. He went back into the shop to work on a car. I waited for him to come back to unhook the trailer but he didn't. I think that was very rude. The other guy that did help me was great!Janet W.

The mobile check-in/check-out process was not great. It took a really long time and we felt like we had to jump through a lot of hoops. We ran into bugs on the mobile website too. For instance, it wanted two additional contacts but would not accept the two distinct phone numbers we provided. The chat person told us it was because we used the same number twice which we did not. Then when we went to return the equipment, we had bad cell phone service so the whole process took a really long time. We tried calling instead, but we waited on hold for about 20 minutes before finally hanging up. If we rent from uhaul again, we'd probably find a place that has longer hours so that we can avoid the clunky mobile process. Lastly, we reserved a dolly and it was not provided.Matthew W.
had received email stating my rental needed picked up at different location, went to New location did online check in, and now was being told original pick up spot had my rental.Â Â Nope had to go back to second pick up point, then I got raked over the fucking coals!!!!! Original rental $54.95Â I added save tow for $11 dollarsÂ Pay for my rental its freaking $84.65 dollars $18 DOLLARS MORE!!!!! WITH NO REASON!!!!Â Plus I'm out two wasted trips cuz of some automated customer service.Â I even called and complained,Â So sorry next time please use lube.Â Oh thats right NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Jason F.

My trailer that I had reserved at this location was not there when I arrived and I was never notified before hand. Guy at desk was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed in this experience and I have had MANY uhaul experiences in my life thus far.Brittany B.
The U-haul representative at the location did not come outside with us to check the truck when we checked it out. We did not even think about it at the time because we were in a hurry to try and beat the snow storm that was coming in. We had to clean off our own windshield that was frozen over with ice. Also, the paperwork printed out showed that the gas should have been a little over half a tank of gas, but we only went about 15 miles max on this vehicle and the tank was only at a quarter full instead of a little over half. This make us believe that it was never checked on the last rental check in or someone was driving this in between the rentals. We have rented with U-haul for many years, and this has never happened to us before. I know that we showed up at 5:15 pm and he closed at 5:30, but he should have went out with us to check the vehicle and ensure that everything was good. The actual people who work for you in the U Haul section are really very nice to deal with; however, you on line and over the phone reps leave a lot to be desired. I went around and around with them until I went Corporate and spoke with an upper level manager about the hitch for the trailer we used which is a U Haul hitch. It was so irritating how the ladies just could not say the Tow Inspection is not a mandatory issue and that the U Haul rep at the rental office would check out the hitch and the Jeep my son was using to tow the trailer we rented. Seems to me everyone should get on the same page. All went well and my son's Jeep and the hitch were fine. Next time I will go into the U Haul office I am going to rent from and do it face to face. Will never make a call or use online to set a reservation again. The gentleman at the location we rented from was very nice to deal with.Jacqueline P.

My U-haul was dirty. There were dead bugs covering the entire front of the truck. The mirrors were dirty as well. However, the truck I rented was great! It ran smooth and the air worked great. I thought I would get worse gas mileage than I did. So, that was a nice surprise.Pauline L.

I made a reservation for a truck weeks in advance and apparently they didn't keep it. I eventually got my truck, 2 hours after the time I wanted it. Also, no one on the phone could seem to figure out what was going on with my reservation.DONAVINCH M.
Drop-off location is a 24hr location and does not have a specified drop-off time. So this location is fine as normal if all is correct. If you drop off after hours you may get an additional day change.Raymond J.

When I made the reservation, this location was accepted by UHaul's system. When I picked up the trailer, UHaul's system would NO LONGER accept this as a drop off location. Fortunately, the location accepted the drop off anyway.Gerald R.

From dealing with you guys for years I can honestly say this was the most screwed up messed up no one at your call center knows anything on how to pay for the rentals it started yesterday afternoon my daughter called and reserved a cargo van used her debit card got up to pick the van up they told her she needed a credit card the girl there at 80th and federal excuse my language was a real BITCH UNPERFESINAL AND RUDE my daughter called to file a complaint and the person said there was no reason they should not have taken her card I Daniel Weber CALLED TODAY TO RESERVE the cargo van the guy took my debit card to reserve it I told him I did not have a credit card because it was broken into and I asked him if I could pay cash he said yes I asked if I needed anything else he said no I went to get the van the guy there at 80th and federal said nope you needed a credit card I can not believe that no one is trained to inform the customer I will never ever deal with that store on 80TH and federal again and I am going to let channel 9 and channel 7 know and let them investagate how poorly customer service you have the store on west 72 that guy is exalent that was the only reason I got a truck from him You have my Information and I can tell you another thing I will check that other store on 80th and federal if that little bitch is still working there I will let the news stations know she has no buissness working with the public we all don't like are jobs but you do not treat customers like they don't matterDaniel W.

Do not drop anything off here. I was refused at first even after showing him the contract with his address as the drop off location. He continued to say if I dropped it off, he would have me charged to move it since he didn't have room. Meanwhile, I had contacted corporate since my dollies weren't in the trailer after the pickup location told me they were in there. They said to just take some from my drop off site for the afternoon while I use them. He told me if he took my trailer (even though he was my drop off location) â€œforget the dollies.â€ He said it's not his problem and that's where he left it. He also said they still charged me for them and shrugged his shoulders and said â€œagain, not my problem.â€ Poor, poor respresentation for UHaul after an outstanding experience on every other front.Ashley P.

This was the best u-haul . I have tented quite a few in the past 1yr or so this was the best on.
The gentleman in the auto store was fantastic. The app though was not. I tried to rent the truck via the app for over 25 minutes taking pictures, etc. I will from now on always choose to deal with the customer rep then the "save time" appAdrien T.
