Sweep out the trailer. Habe the tires properly inflated. (They were 32/35 psi vs. spec of 50 psi.) Didn't receive check-in e-mails the guy there sent me until the next day (and received e-mails and texts from others throughout the process).
David BHard to get to, awful part of town- homeless in the parking lot. Whole experience left a lot to be desired. Made all reservations in advance through the app and pre-planned everything- despite this the location changed twice due to “equipment unavailability” despite it being okay during my reservation, when I arrived, the app showed a reservation but then said there was no equipment available, luckily a clerk was there at the “gas station” - but still they had trouble finding my reservation. Once found, all of my pre-entered information (insurance, my license, my other contact info) all had to be redone. The check out and check in were not self explanatory and the app sucked. Nothing saved me time. Not a great experience.
CHRISTIAN SPoor customer service, said he could not fix fuel overcharge and to call customer service. Only one person to work convenient store and Uhaul services. Not a good location for Uhaul services.
Brent SThe check in procedure was very unpleasant. Having to scan a code to check in . The associate was very rude and not helpful at all. I am not sure why he is even there checking in customers when he is not being helpful. I will never use that location again. Will rent from an actual U-Haul location.

AMANDA BThis is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. Thank god my husband was with me at drop off. The guy took a 25 mins personal call ( was on speaker and loud) asked my name at first told me to take a pic of the mileage and then proceeded to get back on his phone. He then helped two customers who wanted to buy cigarettes. The olace was the grossest, dirtiest place. While waiting my husband notice their fridge was leaking and the guy proceeded to yell “what happened what did you do”. I have to tell him my name 3 times. It’s Kasey freeman how did he ask me if my name was Garabaldi the first time and then ask if it was Hobbs the next. Like what??? He finally hangs up his call and does his thing on his tablet. He tells me I’m good to go. We get in my car ( right next to the truck I dropped off) and I get a notification that I got charged $9 from this place. He never walked out of the store. I go in there ask him what it’s for he tells me it’s for the gas tank not being full. I show him my paperwork where when I picked it up it wasn’t full and the paper says to have it 7/8 filled which is what I did. He continues to tell me it’s because I didn’t fill the tank. Crazy, since he never walked to the truck to look at the tank. He told me if I have a problem get over it because he’s already charged me.

ROY LThe employee there, even though she was very nice, was alone and had to handle multiple customers at one time. She kept forgetting things in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the convenience store that the u haul is it's based out of. Due to using my chimecard, I was told that there is a one hundred dollar deposit that I still have not received in return as I was told I would receive back after return. These things weren't her fault. She had to keep talking to the owner of the store who was watching her on video completely completely distracting her from what she was supposed to do for me.

Truck has 3/4 tank of gas when picked up right before returning it fill back up to 3/4 tank still charged me 18.59 for gas This place is crooked Stay away from this. Place. If possible go to the actual U haul store

John HIt's been about 2 weeks and I still haven't received a final bill. I was also charged for the insurance which I requested to not be added the hold on my credit card was $150 est and it's still in hold. The estimated miles was over estimated as well, tacking on an extra 50 miles . What a mess no responses from the manager. There are better options out there than u haul.
DARIN RDo NOT go to this trash location, owner has a single digit IQ. Go to an actual U-Haul location, if for some unexplainable reason you end up going here CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! There was items on my receipt I didn't want/need/or even receive, Save yourself money and a headache and look for a different location. AVOID!!
Charles MPlease install a drop off box that locks. It is concerning to those who want to drop off the rented vehicles after hours.
Rene dAlthough polite, the front desk clerk was clearly a drug addict, even though I reserved online prior, she mistakenly overcharged me for insurance, an extra dolly, and 1dozen blanket pads. The truck was dirty, but functional. I will never use franchisees again, only genuine Uhaul locations. Homeless surrounded the franchise gas station making my family uneasy.

sam gThe owner tried to add an additional $60 charge on top of my fee because I wanted to use my debit card instead of my credit card. She said the $60 was to make sure the charge went through which disnt make since because by her logic if the card was gonna decline for the original amount, why would it go through for $60 more. Then she also said that although I believed I would only use 15 miles max, she was gonna charge me for 75 miles to make sure I brought the uhaul back on time or at all. Let's not even talk about checking in as it's a convenience store and the guy checking me in would stop helping me to check out customers for the convenience store. When I told him I need to hurry with the uhaul because I have movers scheduled and he keeps stopping to help people that came after me he said "Well I'm just one person doing the best I can so you have to be patient". Worse uhaul experience ever. Also they didn't even have the truck I ordered when I arrived so I ended up with the smaller uhaul that by the grace of GOD barely got everything. I ended up packing stuff into my care. Beware when renting from them.
Danielle DThe location is great for ease of pickup, no waiting in line, and the ability to use the mobile app. But, if there is an issue with equipment or furniture pads not being on the truck at pickup...you're out of luck. This location is not able to add equipment of fix issues with a lack of equipment. If you're only picking up or dropping off a truck this location is excellent.

DERRICK KVehicle did not seem to be well maintained; Interior and exterior weren’t clean, and the vehicle had a warning light come on midway early on in our trip of low oil. We paused our trip to stop and buy and add oil so we could hopefully safely make it to our destination- but overall pretty frustrated by the whole experience. The pick up and drop off interactions with who I assume to be the store owner/manager, were also less than ideal. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this location in the future, or recommend it to others.

soraida RThis place is awful. Made me wait after I was in line and acknowledged but placed to the side because I wasn’t a “store” customer. I ended up having to do the persons job by taking a picture of my mileage and gas meter befor they would ring me out. Never again with this place.

Ben RThis was the absolute worse Uhaul experience I have ever had. The people here did not know how to hook up or disconnect the trailer. They didn't even hook up my lights. I saw it dangling and plugged it in. I then had to ask them if they would make sure the lights were working. At which time he looked at my vehicle light, so I had to then tell him not my vehicle lights, I needed to know if the trailer lights were working. Absolutely terrible!!! I had to carefully go to a nearby location to have them fix the hook up that this location did. Those reps told me they were glad i stopped by because the trailer was about to fall off my hitch. It was not secured and the chains were just wrapped around the tow bar in all different ways.

JESUS PWhen I picked up the unit the system was down. When I went to drop the trailer off, the lady had no idea what she was doing and took my number down and said she would call me. I never got any type of receipt or anything showing I dropped the trailer off. I will not be doing business with this location again.

Eliza mI had to scan my own ID, take a picture of myself, and figure out how to upload it. Then I had to figure out how to upload pictures of the truck and type my notes about what was wrong with the truck. The app wouldn't allow me to attach the picture of the dent on the driver side bumper and it wouldn't allow me to go back to the previous page. This was very frustrating 😑
LEVERNE HClean the vehicle and not lie about mobile rental. This rep wanted all sorts of BS since I never rented at THAT SITE previously. Who cares, I have rented before and nothing in that area was drunks and crack heads. The process was longer then need be.

Yanira GThe location is NOT a U-Haul Store, but a rather tacky BODEGA in a sketchy neighborhood, apparently sub contracted to rent a U-Haul pick up truck. The rental process took a long time and had some 'surprises'--- an additional 'deposit'-- which was refunded...and a required 'reference' name and ph #. The vehicle itself was a practically brand new (Dodge Ram).

Claudia DFor needing a vehicle, yes would recommend based on need. Truck was given to us dirty with dog hair all over the seats. Change Oil notification did come on during our rental.
mary mThe attendant at the store did not speak English very well and was unfamiliar with the process to check out the truck. I had never been at a non-uhaul location before so I was pretty much helpless in knowing what needed to be done. He had to call U-haul to help fill in the gaps and the lady on the phone was able to clarify what he needed. The location of the store itself was in a not so great part of town, and with the parking lot open to the public I was concerned about my car while I used the rental. The truck itself had hair on the seats like a pet had been there, but everything else was fine. Overall kind of a not so great experience.
