Amanda WThe truck wasn’t clean from the previous renter. Trash behind the seats. I had to clean that so I wasn’t blamed for that. Also truck had just a hair over 1/4 tank of fuel. Why aren’t the trucks always full?

Brandon Sthe truck sputtered and had a really hard time shifting gears. I was charged almost $70 more for 15 foot rental for two days week days,than the 25 footer i rented over the weekend prior. They said they needed to add 16$ in gas, but what about other $50?? Not happy.

ANDREW BThe location was closed thru the holidays. We had to do a self check out and it took 1/2 hour to get someone in Alabama to help us check out. A truck in Ohio. He was very pleasant and helpful but we had to do this in the freezing cold. Also I had prepaid and wanted furniture pads and there were none.

THOMAS MThey gave me a truck that was on empty with a $30 gas credit to fill it up partially. I came back and had to put extra in to make sure I could do my move. The 2 ladies didn’t know how to use the system and had to wait 30 minutes for their manager for a credit that never happened. I left cause no one there knew how to do anything.
PAUL LI couldn't get the online check-in and check-out to work but luckily there was someone helpful available to assist me. Overall this was a very good experience.
RONALD LI asked for a 20' truck and received a 26' truck. it worked out fine but kind of a big difference. They also did not have all the furniture pads I requested.

maria mWas not my desired pick up location. Did not deal directly with Perrysburg self storage other than on the phone. They were professional and offered a solution to a 9 am pick up time when I originally cheduled a 7 am pick up time from the Alexis road location. This solution was to do everything online. This was a hassle and I was late getting back with it. Not to mention this location was out of my way by a substantial amount. So the included miles in the contract were basically to go get the Uhaul. Also had to wait on hold with corporate on Sunday to get my drop off location arranged as that had changed several times. And to let them know I was dropping the truck off on Sunday not Monday as that had somehow changed on my contract as well and I was charged accordingly. I have used Uhaul every time I have moved in the past. This was the first bad experience. The thing that makes me wonder is it wasn't just one problem, everything seemed to be a hassle. And my charge was a big mystery. The way I see it, the miles from the Perrysburg location to the Toledo Alexis road location should be credited to me, and my charge should only be from Saturday to Sunday.

Timothy WIt’s not the location or the service person that ended up needing to assist me that was bad. It was the whole online complicated self check in process that turned into a mess.
Gary SCustomer service was unprofessional and passive aggressive. Need some serious chill pills from the manager and the others.
Branden VI came to pickup and I had to be somewhere an hour away to pick up an item I was purchasing (which is why I rented the trailer) I called ahead before I got there. When I arrived she told me that she could not get into the system... I waited for 25 minutes while another employee came to help me and was able to get right in within one minute. Long story short I missed my pickup and rented the trailer and drove an hour for no reason. Completely unpleasant experience. Will never return.

Brenda WUhaul truck had to get jumped twice before I even left town. Driver side signal on trailer did not work. Took a long time to load car onto tow dolly due to ice. Had to wait 80 minutes in parking lot with a dog and two cats in the cold because the truck died and the office closed at 1pm...had no access to a bathroom. Miserable experience and I never wanted to use that location in the first place...had set reservation for close to my apartment over a week in advance and was advised there was a system error.
Gina SParking lot was a little on the small side but the staff was very friendly. And this has nothing to do with this location but I do not like the 4 day minimum charge, if I bring the u-haul back early I do t feel that I should have to pay for 4 days
Pamela BIf you order a product at one location DO NOT send them across town to pick up there order. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to get the car dolly.
James ROn pickup we discussed the return time but nothing was said about how to do that since they would be closed by then. It worked out but I think that should be shared.

Angela CChecking in and out using the uhaul website was horrible. Both instances the website locked up halfway thru. It would download the first few pics but then lock up and show an error. Had to call for the after hour drop off and while the representatives were nice and helpful the process took over an hour. If the site was working it would’ve literally taken 5 mins. Unacceptable. So try not to drop off after hours. It’ll make a long day so much longer.
Daniel VA dollar a mile is a tad much.Considering i can rent a home depot van for 20 dollars an hour.I only rented this one to move my things from one storage unit to another in the same complex.
JOHN MOverall this worked well for me. Would use this location again as need arises.
