There were 3 trailers on the lot. They couldn't get the computer To work to try n locate what I was looking for. Then the computer wouldn't give me a price when I agreed to take a unit I really didn't want. I left your facility not knowing how much $ I spent!!!

I received confusing information on the pick-up time for the truck. One person told me I could not pick-up the truck until noon. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM, so this was a problem. A second person corrected this and all went well after this.

Would be nice to have a few signs directing people where to go for drop offs. Luckily there was room to turn around without having to back up 100 ft with a trailer.

Neither of the young men offered to come out to help me hook up the 5 x 12 trailer to my truck. The tongue weight of that trailer is rather significant and caused me to injure my back getting it up to my hitch. Once I arrived at my loading destination, I discovered that the rear door to the trailer had frozen shut after the rainfall we had and I had to park it in the sun to thaw. This delayed my trip by 4 hours.

All of the equipment that I requested was not available. I need a furniture dolly and they did not have any available even though I had sent this reservation in over a month in advance.

I was overcharged. When I picked-up the truck, I was asked to estimate the number of miles I would be diving. My estimate was 25 miles. The actual distance I traveled was 20 miles. After returning the truck there was no mileage reading taken nor was the gas tank checked. Instead the number of miles iI estimated, 25, was the number of miles entered into my rental agreement. As a result of the estimated miles being entered into my rental agreement I paid an extra $3.95. Granted, that is a small amount of money. However, the amount is irrelevant. The main point is that I was charged extra money inappropriately because the truck check-in process was not properly conducted. When I discussed the situation with the clerk, he admitted that he closed out the contract based on my estimate of mileage. Furthermore, he told me that he would contact U-Haul and contact me with an update. That never happened. He lied to me after overcharging me.

Maybe a "U-Haul" partner sign might be a good idea to post outside of the business.

Vehicle was relatively new but filthy. Had to clean all windows in and out before leaving on trip.
