Maria TThis was an exhausting experience dropping that trailer off! We couldn't even get in the gate to drop it off because no one was there on Sunday as it is closed. We called the number provided on the gate (and on the email) to receive a code and it was just AI running us in circles. it said we'd get a call back within the hour when the callback came through it was still an on-hold call ! No person, nobody to speak to. The only reason I was able to get in was because a gentleman who rents a unit there was kind enough to let us in, waited, let us unload, take pictures of trailer as required and then let us out! I'm sure this place gets some unhappy reviews. I cannot imagine an elderly person being able to Use the online checking especially if they don't even have/know how to use a smartphone (the bad coverage didn't help us either) It took 45 mins & multiple useless calls before we were done, to drop this trailer off!
DURRELL JAbsolutely HORRIBLE return location. This is a gated self storage lot with no warning from Uhaul about needing code to get into lot. Very poor signage at gate directing you to call an automated system to wait for a code. Had to be let into lot by storage customer that happened to show up and was blocked by my truck. He also stated that he believed trucks are just left outside gate on the side of the road because "that is what he typically sees". Tried to contact Uhaul for help - there was a 2 hour call back wait ! Key drop was a tiny box that could be easily stolen from ! Was not able to finish online drop off because pictures would never load despite many attempts ! Had to wait for call back 2 hours later to confirm drop off was complete - with no apology or adequate customer service expectations met ! Ridiculously unnecessary difficulties from start to finish !

sandro iWas surprised about the mileage. Your ad says per day. Should put on your truck about mileage. Also the next morning after picking truck up. Get gas and truck wouldn’t start. Had to get jumped and lost an hour off our schedule.

WIDISVALDO RI appreciate the great customer service I received at this location. They were very accommodating to my needs. They were very friendly and went the extra mile for us. They had the trailer already to go when I pulled up. It took less than 15 minutes to check in with the front desk. And we hooked up and on our way. I would highly recommend this location. They have many Uhaul trucks and trailers to choose from. I will be using this location again. Thank you for the great experience.
Melanie WChunks missing out of two, of the four, trailer tires and caused a wobble the entire way. The equipment needs to be better maintained, especially for long trips.

Amy CVery difficult to park trailers along a busy road. I had to stop traffic while dropping it off. Also, it’s very confined inside the gated property. No where to turn around with a full size truck and 16’ trailer.

Mary FMy experience with them was great after having to run around and find a uhaul even though I made reservations. First place lady was rude and gave my rental second place price double and had no supplies I ordered. I ended up here and was in and out in under 10 minutes and they were so pleasant and accommodating, understanding moving is stressful enough. I highly recommend them Hopefully there is not a next time but I will definitely start with them
