Allowed to book a dolly and did not receive dolly. Gentleman said that the truck was full of gas when we got it, it wasn’t full and had to pay more to return truck “full” so we didn’t get charged for extra in gas

JOB LThe new manager at this location Denis, was outstanding. I rent U-Hauls about 5 times a year and i have rented them at other locations for at least 10 years. Denis is the best person I have ever encountered at U-Haul. He was friendly, through and provided excellent service.

SAMUEL TTake out all the trash, wipe down the seat and dash board. And settle the account after drop off not 2 weeks later plus adding a late fee charge. That's not right and I've never been treated like this while renting U-Hauls. It's very unfair.

Heather WI was made to change my pick up location at the last minute, then the location I picked up from had none of the equipment I had reserved. The truck was dirty, they left an appliance dolly (which I did not want) and a ton of furniture blankets that were left piled in the loft, and which were not clean. I ended up having to drive across town to try and find the equipment that I needed. The truck also had a large gash down the side of it which was not noted. I ended up having to clean the truck before I could use it.
Jennifer MI reserved a van but this location doesn’t have vans and said vans might be getting phased out. Why does UHaul let people reserve vans if they aren’t available? The place where I picked it up let me rent a truck but that is not what I wanted.

James RWhen I booked my reservation it was for a location closer to my home, day before I was to pick up you called to tell me that they didn't have one and needed to change the location. Because of this it cost me an additional $50.00 in mileage cost, this is not right.

Andrew FI had signed up for the share 24/7 pickup, but apparently this location does not participate. Something that took a couple of phone calls to get straightened out. The website should be updated for locations that don't participate.

MF WTire pressure was not calibrated. Doors of the U-Haul would not close and lock easily and on the first try. Van was not cleaned. The cabin smelt of sweat and horse manure

Caira Sa) The time I reach there, the system is down and unable to complete the paperwork to take vehicle b) This facility is not having enough parking as well as it is fairly easy to hit another vehicle due to sloppy parking. Very bad parking place c) Vehicle was not inspected before giving it to me and found the tyre flatten after I went out d) Getting service is another issue. It took 1hr 30 minutes to get help flat tyre change. Luckily I am on a safe place. Overall my experience is bad with the price you collected,

Doug MWonderful customer service. I called at 7am on a Saturday and the agent was wonderful, and I was able to make changes for that day. The website ordering the truck was cumbersome. I at first accidentally selected a one-way because the question determining this was nit clear. All the pages re: do you need movers, supplies, etc was frustrating and I think you will lose many otherwise customers here. I, myself, almost closed you website before reserving because the link to skip a d go to the next page was way too small and not in a place expected (the "no, I don't need..." link on the top right below the banner in tiny letters). Thank you!!

Jassel CI rented the U-Haul for 5 days, so when I rented the truck over the weekend it was .99 a mile then come Monday the milage went down to .69 and the lady wouldn't change my rate. I spent almost 400 dollars for the U-Haul you would think I could get some kind of break. not very happy about that

EVERETT KThe moving dolly we ordered wasn’t in the truck, the location wasn’t prepared for issues with equipment and said they didn’t have other trucks when they did, the drivers seat didn’t move so it couldn’t be adjusted properly, the ignition sticks and locks up so it can be hard to start. Overall, very dissatisfied with this experience.
ALEXIS VThe return was not pleasant. Customer service agent Ray was very rude and not great service usually presented at this location. Maybe the holiday stress was too much for him.
Anette SHand truck and blankets were not in the back. The Back was also dirty- we had to sweep it out before we loaded my furniture.
