I was supposed to pick up from the Apopka location, at the very last minute I was called (as I was about to pull into their driveway) and told they didn't have a truck available - but they would look and see if they could find one. I drove home, and as I was pulling into the driveway, they called again and said there was one at this location. I should pick it up and return it at the Apopka location. When renting the truck, the gentleman at the counter said, no you must return it here. This was way too much confusion for a confirmed rental. Also, the lock provided for the back door was frozen and couldn't be used and I had to find a lock on my own. Overall, not a very good experience with Uhaul this time.LES L.

We were there after hours to pick up the U-haul. Juan from Customer Service saw that we were having problems registering and called on my cell phone. He walked us through the entire process of taking photos of my driver's license and getting the key from the lock box. Juan was very patient and wonderful to work with.Lynn F.

The U-Haul site is very confusing once you have made an adjustment to the original order. I went to the wrong U-Haul location because none of my confirmation emails actually brought me to a page to show me WHERE the equipment was! The other U-Haul dealer told me where to find my equipment, and then I went to this location, where the service was excellent.Jacquelyn G.
This was my first time using the mobile uhaul process with no contact with anyone. It was fairly seamless; you get there, find your truck, inspect it, take photos, the keys are in a lockbox. the lock to get the keys was a struggle to open, the truck had no dolly, and since it was after business hours, I had to borrow a dolly from my neighbor. The return was super easy. I got to the return location, took photos as requested, then left the keys in the drop box (but since an employee was there he took the keys). My phone let me know my return was complete. I'm glad for this no contact service!Juan Carlos M.

Not sure the tuck is on the store here.....truck worked just fine just smelled on the inside (and I was asked about COVID hahaha), the dome light was busted and the tow engage level was busted. Should be more time invested in keeping Uhaul equipment maintained.Richard M.

The employee was friendly and helpful at the location. The $100 deposit was a bit shocking since i wasnt told about it until i was paying. The truck was hard to inspect because of long grass it was parked in. When i did the online inspection review i tried to add pictures and it froze and i was never able to finish the inspection process. I do still have the pictures if needed. The cabin smelled like pizza and there was grease on center console and steering wheel. And multiple chips on the floor. Obviously no one had even checked to see if it was clean. Truck was easy to drive. Breaks were good. I had to use the windshield wipers on our trip and they seemed dry rotted and didnt do a good job. Our personal car had a flat tire during the day so we were set back with moving and ended up dropping the truck off after hours. I had to use the online drop off. But when it told me told put the keys in the drop box i could not find the box. Me and 2 other people looked all over the front of building and parking lot. I ended up deciding to take the keys and the dolly with me to return in the morning because i was never shown how to lock the back and didnt want the dolly stolen. So basically, i felt like i over paid for a disgusting truck. Not a good experience at all.Monica E.

The phone check in was terrible and did not work well. It couldn't locate my phone and was on hold for a long time when I tried calling. My partner had to use his phone and it still took a long time to verify.Virginia R.
