Uhaul nationwide systems went down during my pickup, causing a ton of issues. I had to go to three different locations (uhaul sub, uhaul, uhaul sub)to get the rental done. The GM at the Uhaul location (598 W Hwy 436 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714) made this all work and arranged for the pick up at the Mini storage location. The mini storage location team was very helpful as well. A very challenging rental process, made better because of the employees.
