Parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Return was easy even though location was closed. No personal were onsite even though your survey will not let me pick n/a
The uhaul return online process was not as easy as it should be to find on the website. Not user friendly at all.

Nothing really. They helped me out with a last minute rental and it went very smooth. The truck was very clan and ran great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The only recommendation we would have is to provide a trailer jack to more easily raise the hitch on the trailer, as opposed to having to manually position it on the truck hitch ball.

The truck I picked up was muddy on the inside of the cab and the back of the truck. The engine shifted extremely hard, up or down. The steering wheel had way too much play in it, and did almost a death rattle when I got up to 60 MPH

Have people at both pick up and drop off locations. This service might be simple for young people but not for elderly

Truck was dirty inside, mud on glove box, grass on seats, floors were very dirty ( dried mud, dirt and dust everywhere). Uhual ran smooth and inside back was very clean. Overall a good experience, just needed to have cab cleaned a little better.
