Making sure it’s clean good and have gas. When I got the U-Haul I had to call 3 numbers to access the lock to get the key out, it had dog fur all over the passenger side and no gas.

The online rental is a nightmare. It is not explained very well and if you are in a location that you don’t have service it’s hard to communicate. My pick location was changed the night before from in town to a location in the middle of nowhere.
